This 3D asset is inspired by 나전 거울 화장대 (Mother-of-pearl Inlaid Makeup Box with Mirror) made in Joseon (1392~1897, Korea).

Korean style is renowned for its fine cutting, which is called 끊음질kkeuneumjil. It is a technique, cutting the mother-of-pearl incredibly thin, allowing for highly delicate and detailed patterns, such as fine lines, swirling vines, or minute geometric motifs.
