(Celadon cup and saucer with inlaid flower patterns)

This gorgeous cup and saucer are based on Original Reference which was made in 고려(Goryeo) Dynasty (918~1392, Korea).
Goryeo was very famous for exceptional quality 청자(Cheongja, Celadon), and it was one of the most popular exports.

The shape of the cup looks like ten leaves gathered, and each leaf has a flower on it.
The saucer has eight leaves, and similar to the cup, it has a flower on each leaf.

Two contrast techniques(Inlay and Engraving) were used in the original to decorate the cup and saucer.
The artisans of Goryeo used 'Inlay' for mum flowers, and used 'Engraving' for the peonies
